Product Introduction
Cab
Safe and reliable: It adopts an offset narrow-body cab, a cage frame + skin structure, and meets the 100,000-kilometer reliability test verification.
Quiet and comfortable: The cab has good NVH performance, and the carpet and heat insulation pad are soundproof and noise-reducing. It adopts four-point rubber suspension, mechanical shock-absorbing seat, integrated headrest, and three-point seat belt integration.
Convenient operation: The dashboard adopts a wraparound design, and the operation area is reasonably arranged according to the frequency and importance of functional parts. The central engine room, openable cover, and detachable heat dissipation cover greatly improve the convenience of maintenance.
Gearbox
The gearbox ratio is optimized, and the gear structure is changed synchronously to increase the service life. The layout adopts the most reliable suspension installation method, and the maintenance unit port and pipeline inspection port are specially set under the gearbox.
Brake
The standard hydraulic retarder reduces active wear, and the new brake assembly increases the braking force by 5% and reduces the friction plate wear by 10%.
Frame
XCMG's self-made welded box beam frame has high torsional resistance and fatigue resistance; it adopts intelligent robot welding, accurately configures various parameters, has small and beautiful welds, and constant quality.
Front oil-gas suspension
The front suspension is equipped with an oil/gas (nitrogen) suspension cylinder with variable damping characteristics, which has large unit energy storage, strong bearing capacity, and efficient absorption of road impact.
Rear mounted balance suspension
Assembled balance suspension: leaf spring, balance shaft, frame, increase balance shaft diameter, increase load-bearing capacity by 12%, rear suspension thrust rod adopts "V" shape layout to improve vehicle lateral stability, U-bolts adopt high-strength materials, improved processing technology to prevent breakage.
